Our managers make regular site visits to talk to our customers and we have a dedicated quarterly newsletter to communicate directly with our customers and learn how we can work more effectively
We also undertake regular independent research among our customer base of more than 6,000 businesses to inform our service offer and to help us tailor bespoke customer packages.
