Your Key Responsibilities
As a Spacia tenant you will have the responsibility to:
- Pay the rent in full on the dates shown in your agreement.
- Pay rates, electricity, gas, water, phone and any other costs charged against the property of the occupier.
- Make sure you keep the property in good repair.
- Apply in writing to the portfolio manager for permission to carry out any improvements or alterations to the property. Written permission must be recieved before any work is carried out.
- Apply in writing to the portfolio manager for permission for any changes to the use of the property. Written permission must be recieved before any changes can be made to the property use.
- Give notice in writing to your portfolio manager if you want to end your tenancy. This will usually be either three or six months. Please read your agreement.
- Give notice in writing to your portfolio manager details of any person who may want to take over the property or details of any person or company you may want to sell your business to.
